Wesley Eddie Kalea African-American, Bi-racial, and Hispanic infants are available through several out-of-state agencies with whom we work. Generally, the wait for an infant in this program is from one to six months for an African-American child, three to twelve months for a Bi-racial child, and one to two years for a Hispanic child. Costs vary depending upon the agency with which we work and, in some cases, the adoptive parents’ income.
